Global marketing strategist with an entrepreneurial edge
My journey is built on 20 years of lived experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia, working in startups, global marketing, and product development. This international exposure allows me to adapt strategies to changing consumer behaviours and market dynamics.
What sets my marketing approach apart is being an entrepreneur myself. From co-founding a business in Mongolia and later a civil plant company in Australia to launching my own boutique marketing agency, I have true first-hand experience.
It gives my clients a unique, 360-degree view of what it takes to plan, start, run, and grow a successful business.

I live the entrepreneurial life. I know the 24/7 responsibility, but I love it for the flexibility and owning my decisions. My mission is to give family and small businesses clarity and support, providing the advice I wish I had when I first started.
Since being appointed as a mentor for the Queensland Department of Customer Service, Open Data, and Small and Family Business in 2023, I have consulted entrepreneurs and founders on business planning, marketing strategy, operations, and process optimisation.
Through my active work with the QLD Government, I have insights into official initiatives and industry updates, helping you stay ahead and thrive in today’s market.

I wear many hats in life – but first, I’m a mother and a wife.
Together with Eamon, we’ve shared life’s ups and downs for over 23 years, which has kept us young adventurers at heart who embrace challenges and opportunities alike.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a mum to two boys, and we love getting out of the city to camp. My downtime is often spent learning to surf, but on a quiet Sunday afternoon, you’re more likely to find me playing the saxophone, reading a historical fiction book, or experimenting in my kitchen.
My friends say I’m a good listener, have the ability to energise, and approach risks with courage. I bring that energy, empathy, and resilience to every business owner I partner with.

I founded Migra Terra – a multicultural business community for expats and migrants in Australia.
