Putting a Sydney Skin Clinic on the Map

Elevating brand awareness. Website audit and improvements. Local SEO.

“True beauty comes from within. As a cosmetic physician, my goal is to enhance what’s already there and bring out the natural beauty in each of my patients.” – Dr. Diana

Dr. Diana Skin Clinic, a leading cosmetology clinic in Sydney, specialises in aesthetic procedures and anti-aging treatments aimed at detecting, preventing, and treating a variety of skin concerns.

Website Audit And Seo Analysis Scaled

As an accredited cosmetic physician, Diana reached out to me for help when recent TGA regulatory changes created challenges, requiring a revised marketing strategy to stay compliant while still reaching clients effectively.

While working on this issue, I carefully reviewed the website and discovered its low visibility in search results. We needed to lift her brand awareness, improve the clinic’s website performance, and attract new clients through strategic local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation.

My services are never focused on quick fixes or short-term results. I always work with a long-term mindset and stay genuinely invested in the growth of my clients’ businesses. This case study reflects exactly that – a partnership built on trust, consistency, and shared goals over time.

Dr. Diana Skin Clinic is dedicated to building confidence in its clients by focusing on trust, credibility, and professional excellence. Our work together focused on strengthening the skin clinic’s online presence, improving visibility, and building its reputation as a trusted name in the industry. On Page Seo Best Practices

The story

After a detailed briefing, I conducted a discovery interview with Diana to explore the challenges she faced in adapting to the latest TGA regulations and strengthening her brand presence. This gave me a clear understanding of her mission, business goals, and the obstacles in her way. Initially, my main task was to rewrite the service descriptions on her website.

Adapting to the new TGA regulations required a full audit of the clinic’s website and detailed copywriting to meet the updated rules. To help reach a wider audience, full website optimisation with high-level SEO services was completed. I also recommended a page-by-page SEO strategy and optimisation of the Google Business Profile, which plays a major role in reaching local marketing goals.

Tga Compliant Copywriting Services

Throughout the process of improving the website’s quality and building brand recognition, I stayed in close contact with Diana, guiding her through marketing decisions and answering questions along the way. We still meet every month to review and refine the marketing strategy so it stays effective as the market changes.

The reward

Diana’s trust and open-minded approach made a huge difference, allowing her to focus more on her clients while I updated her online presence and streamlined operations. With strong collaboration and quick feedback, we tackled most of the challenges in just 28 days, achieving real results in a short period of time.

After almost a year of working together, we achieved outstanding results. The Google Business Profile (GBP) now receives ten times more visits than it did a year ago. Dr. Diana is now a well-known brand in Sydney. Patients travel long distances to her clinic because the quality of her work speaks for itself. I consider this project the ‘Project of the Year’ in Website Optimisation and Update.

Given the immediate lift in visibility and business results, it was no surprise that Diana decided to continue our collaboration long-term.

In May 2026, we proudly reached a milestone of two years working together.

Over that time, I became almost like an in-house marketer for the clinic. Together, we launched two new services, strengthened the clinic’s position within the local area, and continued building a trusted and recognised brand in Sydney.

Alongside our monthly strategy sessions, I continue supporting Diana with advice around branding, marketing, analytics, market trends, competitor activity, website updates, social media improvements, and GBP management.

GBP management focuses on keeping the clinic visible, active, and competitive in local search results through regular profile updates, fresh photo and video uploads, review replies, and ongoing optimisation aligned with business goals and seasonal demand.

My monthly social media reviews help strengthen the clinic’s online presence by checking competitor activity, refining profile messaging, and suggesting practical updates to make the brand feel clearer, more polished and professional online.

Website content strategy and updates are centred on keeping the website current, relevant, and aligned with both market trends and search demand. This includes recommending new website articles, refreshing existing content and service pages, and identifying opportunities to strengthen visibility and authority.

I truly believe the best results come from long-term partnerships. My goal has never been to simply finish a project and move on, but to stay committed to growing the brand with care, strategy, and genuine dedication over time.
